Pricing & Guarantees
How do you price your services?
Every job is different so we aim to provide detailed quotations to suit. We would always rather quote for the whole job so clients and customers are completely clear on costs.
Some jobs however, in particular fault finding, sometimes an hourly rate is more practical. In this case the callout first hour is priced at £85.00 inside working hours. Outside working hours would be £120.00
Is your work guaranteed?
All work undertaken by us comes with a 2 year labour guarantee. Any materials supplied by us will come with a manufacturers supplied warranty. We aim to always use high quality materials so you can be sure they are build to last.
What Payment methods do you accept?
BACS payments are accepted & details are supplied on all invoices. We also accept credit card payments, however this will incur a 1.75% service charge on top of the quoted price.

Are you registered & insured?
We are registered with NAPIT registered for Part P certification, fully City & Guilds qualified & insured to with £5,000,000 public liability cover & 2,000,000 professional indemnity cover.
Do you provide free quotations?
Free quotations are offered as standard. In some cases, for smaller jobs, an estimate may be possible via a video call if a site visit is not convenient.
What are your working hours?
Standard working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. However emergency callouts outside of these hours are available.
